Centennial Herald

The school's newspaper. Inside you will find school announcements and news, gossip, party notifications, fashion advice, and other helpful things.

CSU Campout 2016

The short week's break between the first and second summer semesters calls for a vacation! Given how quiet the campus normally is during these semesters, the SGA has put together an all expenses paid group campout about forty miles south of the university. Pack your bags, your tents, and whatever else you want to bring! The SGA will be hosting all sorts of events, from nontraditional intramural sports (such as canoeing) to outdoor movies to a small outdoor concert.

Students who choose to live on campus are placed into one of these halls. Please refer to this guide to determine which hall your character should be placed in.

Watson School Library

Situated towards the center of campus is the school library, which is usually desolate-- with the exception of finals week, of course. It's a nice, quiet place to study if the dorms are too loud.

Shaw Student Center

One of the oldest and largest buildings on campus, the student center is a great place for students to meet, study or just relax in between class periods. It serves several different purposes as well, hosting a student lounge, Health and Wellness center, book store and post office inside.

Campus Courtyard

Somehow, regardless of the buildings and colleges that have been built up around it, a rather large stretch of perfectly manicured grass and trees has remained intact at the very center of campus, complete with a fountain in the middle. Students often set up picnics through this area of campus, and occasionally someone might prank the school by putting a bit of bubble bath in the fountain-- that never goes over well with the administration.

Greene Cafeteria

The cafeteria is probably one of the nicest buildings that the school has. It's air-conditioned and it doesn't smell like dust or mold which is always a plus. Inside are tables as far as the eye can see and behind that, a variety of stations where food is served.

Greek Row

On the outskirts of the CSU campus lie eight old, large houses, each of which are designated as the headquarters for the four fraternities and four sororities on campus. It's quite a walk to class when living here, but it's still the best place to live in a social sense. The rooms are few, however, and lots of members of these fraternities/sororities usually live in dorms or off-campus.

Outer Campus Class Buildings

Here you'll find all of the class buildings that are located on the outer rim of campus.

Cooper Stadium

A large, vibrantly green field with bleachers enveloping both sides. The football games, track meets, and various practices are held here.

Sports Complex

The tennis courts, soccer field, baseball and softball fields, and the gymnasium are all settled here.

Nightlife

Bars, clubs, and other various forms of entertainment can be found here, along with the bustling sounds of a boulevard just outside.

Shopping Center

A mall and another smaller, less noteworthy shopping center seemed to be conveniently located right next to each other. The mall is a huge, two story building with fancy decorations and escalators galore. The shopping center is sort of like a crummier, dirtier version. There is a Walmart, though!

Other Entertainment

A movie theater, an arcade, and a few diners all offer various different forms of entertainment though they are a little distanced from each other.

Off-Campus Housing

For those students who do not wish to live in the dormitories (and who can blame them?), off-campus housing is available. Staff often live off-campus, as well.

Everywhere Else

This is for all off-campus locations not specified above, and it encompasses basically the rest of the world. If your character is going home for the weekend, this is where it goes; if your character chooses to go on vacation or study abroad, this is where it goes.
