Full Name:Sasha Denise Campbell
Job:Work isn't a priority right now.
Play-by/Face claim:Naturi Naughton
Distinguishing marks:There's a cut on her knee that she attributes to knee surgery, but really it came from her father pushing her into a glass coffee table.
Appearance:Sasha would describe herself as urban heiress. She doesn’t like to flaunt the money she has but owns very expensive items. Short with nice brown color skin she usually wears clothes that flatter her completion, preferring darker tones. She usually wears her hair long with soft curls, and she never tells if it’s hers or not. She wouldn’t call herself a conservative dresser, but when it comes to rubbing elbows with the big wigs she goes all out to look the part.
Likes:Dancing, gymnastics, tutoring, charity, playing piano, and fresh fruit smoothies.
Dislikes:Cheaters, dishonesty, people who take advantage of others, her parents most of the time, all the expectations people have for her, and people who think wealth entitles them to mistreat others.
Strengths:Compassion, flexibility (both physically and other wise) and generally hardworking.
Weaknesses:Chocolate, not letting anyone close, and not being able to say no to her parents.
Fears:Becoming like her parents, finding out her birth parents are just are worst than the ones she grew up with, having her heart broken, and losing herself while trying to please others.
Habits:She has a true shopping addiction, with several storage units full of clothes, no one is ever going to give her an intervention because she hides it so well and her mother is a fashion media mogul. She is also has a rare form of insomnia, she's sought treatment but is still not able to sleep more than 3 or 4 hours per night. All treatment has thus far been ineffective, and Sasha refuses to seek alternative non traditional methods.
Personality:Sasha can be a little intense, spoiled, independent and well dominating...that's just before noon. She is a cheerleader so she is full of energy, but she is kind of over the whole being overly peppy. She's smart and calculating, usually everything you would expect a Campbell to be. She's also a recovering dork who likes to spaz out with her dog when there is no one around to see. She can be friendly on a good day, but she can be a bit cold at first especially if she's unsure of how to be around you. She fights an internal battle constantly about what people expect of her and who she really is.
A lot of people see Sasha as the typical Beta, but she has a big heart. She spends a lot of time volunteering and is always willing to help a friend. Alternatively she will practically run in the opposite direction if you try to help her. She's stubborn and prideful, and doesn't like to get too deep. When she sees someone else needs her she melts and the ice princess thaws out and you see the real girl underneath.
Mother: Lenora Denise Campbell, 49, Founder/Chairman of the board /Chief editor of Culture Couture Magazine LLC, daughter of first Black member of Beta Epsilon Tau (Barbados exchange student Martha Denise Klyce) Beta Epsilon Tau Alumni
Father: Dennis Campbell, 51, Hedge Fund Legal Advisor and President of Patron Casino Management Corp. Omega Sigma Pi alumni
Siblings: None that she knows of, but her birth parents may have had more.
Hometown:Raised in NYC but recently found out she was born in Baltimore, Maryland the original story lists London as the place of birth.
History:Sasha always believed that she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. Growing up she had very distant parents who’s only interactions with her came with expectations. Her father was very verbally abusive and Sasha took out her frustrations by sneaking into the kitchen and eating junk food late at night when she couldn’t sleep. The only hi-light of her life was her weekly dance classes. She eventually became overweight and was sent to as she describes it ‘Nazi Weight Loss Center’ in Switzerland for a year where she picked up gymnastics and hip hop dance.
Returning to a new private academy she was no longer the nerdy ridiculed fat kid, but instead she became a popular cheerleader and dancer. At first she liked the status but soon she decided that she didn’t want to become one of ‘those’ people, and decided to start standing up for the underdogs, actually helping others in school. She decided to volunteer a lot at the local youth center and started taking her frustrations out on her credit card. But mostly what you could say about Sasha that she was seen and not known. She didn’t really trust most people because in her experience they use you to achieve their goals then they toss you aside.
This was only compounded when her father divorced her mother which landed Lenora in a Mental ‘Retreat’ Center for three months. It was like the media went crazy and was constantly badgering her for a comment. For not the first time in her life, she hated being a Campbell. Eager to escape the crazy drama with her parents she is happy to be at Centennial but knows she has a heap of expectations on her shoulder, especially with both sides of her family expecting her to be a third generation Beta. While packing up the penthouse she had 'shared' with her parents she discovered documentation that showed she was adopted. She has hired a private investigator who finally tracked down her real mother over the break. Sasha went to meet her but was shocked to find an embittered woman who's drug use had taken it's toll. Shaniece Cole swiftly turned her daughter away, Sasha has trying to make contact again but has been unsuccessful.

James had been sitting with his friends in the student center talking about worship, when he had grown restless being inside. He had texted a few friends requesting their presence for a worship study break in the courtyard. Sure they were in the south, but soon students would rather be inside on a nice day. James of course would never want that, and so when they went back to their classes and studies, he stayed by the fountain playing his guitar. He was just strumming the strings in a slow melody, it was his praying tune, one he played when he sat with his guitar praying for the people who passed him.
He saw her approach, and he read something there in her face, but he was no expert on expressions so he didn't know exactly what was on her mind, but she wasn't at rest so he prayed for her. He knew a lot of people would think it was crazy to stare at perfect strangers and pray for their stress and worries, but that was just who he was. He cared about people even if he did not personally know them. He didn't want anyone to suffer, though he accepted, more so from personal experience, that suffering was inevitable. 'Lord I don't know what's going on in that girl's life, but I pray that somehow she can be shown your love and you may help her through it.
As he finished the mental prayer he looked away, searching for someone else who also needed his prayer. Of course it was then that she tripped and fell into the fountain. After hearing the splash James quickly laid his guitar against the side of the fountain and went over to her, grabbing his long forgotten flannel shirt from his book bag. "Hey, are you okay. Can I help you? I don't have a towel, but my flannel has been useless most of today anyways." James hoped his voice sounded calm and collected, sometimes the small foibles of life could be very traumatic, and the girl did look kind of young, like a freshmen age.
