I wasn't sure if you guys got any ideas for the next event or if there is one already in the works, but I wanted to suggest one anyways.
The college I went to had a big 3 day event called Winter Carnival the second weekend in February. Greek houses, residence halls, and student orgs compete in month long snow statue building (complete with scaffolding), or an over nighter, with all the fine pruning and major festivities ending on the All Nighter, where statues are judged at 8 am. There is dog sledding (we were the Huskies), free hot cocoa, broomball, a outside dance that kept people who weren't crazy (such as myself) awake with it's noise. Then after that the school gives you 2 days off to recover. The also hold a q competition for the Winter Carnival Queen who then gets to ride the Zamboni at the game. And on Saturday night there is a ball to finish everything off.
Of course my suggestion is a Winterfest kind of based off of these activities, could even extend it to have threads about the statue building process, which for majority of the Greeks is mandatory.
